Foreword
Formerly Telford (1975-1999) then merged to form Shifnal and Telford (1999-2012). Reverted to Telford in at the start of the 2013/14 season however withdrew from the league having played only one match. Telford were re-admitted in Division Two for the 2014-15 season.
